5a. AI assistant and appointment requests

If you use the chat on our website, your messages are transmitted to and processed by our service provider Google LLC (USA), Gemini API to generate the answers. Please do not enter sensitive data in the chat. If you request an appointment via the chat, we store your name, phone number, email address, preferred time and vehicle in our content management system (Sanity) and forward them by email to our sales team in order to arrange the appointment. We delete this information once it is no longer needed for that purpose. The chat history is not stored permanently; it only remains in your browser until you close the tab. The AI assistant is technically provided by SoftSwirl Studio.
